Introduction
Clare Reeves is a Voiceover Artist from Folkestone, Kent, who has worked for Clearblue, Colgate, Facebook and National Geographic.
She works from her own broadcast quality studio near the sea using her warm sound and cool vibes to enable clients to make the impression they need to connect with their audience.
Clare launched Clare Reeves Voiceovers in 2011.
BIOGRAPHY
Short Bio
Clare was born in Torquay, Devon. After training in theatre and media, Clare worked for the BBC for a number of years- as a Radio Presenter, sound engineer, TV Channel Director and within BBC training.
Clare founded her Voiceover business in 2011, her background in broadcasting – from both sides of the microphone – gives her a real competitive edge in the voiceover world where she brings her unique knowledge of the world of broadcasting to everything she does.
Clare’s Voiceover clients include Facebook, Hyundai, Booking.com, National Geographic and Clearblue.
Clare is passionate about creative communication, which is why she loves what she does – specialising in turning words on a page into audio that gets her clients noticed and understood perfectly by their audience.
Long Bio
Clare was born in Torquay, Devon. When Clare was 7 years old she had decided that she was going to work in TV – inspired by the BBC TV Saturday morning children’s programmes Swap Shop and Saturday Super Store – she began her life long media adventure.
After training in theatre and media, Clare began working in BBC Radio as a presenter and sound engineer, learning about life both sides of the microphone. Her BBC career took her to Africa with the BBC World Service and then to BBC TV Centre – home of those Saturday morning TV programmes from her childhood.
Clare became a tech whizz in how to put TV channels on air and shared her indepth knowledge of the BBC in her work within BBC Training
In 2011, the call of working with microphones and her voice was irresistible and Clare founded Clare Reeves Voiceovers after building her own broadcast quality studio at home in Folkestone, Kent.
As a Voiceover Artist, Clare can be heard on TV and Radio Commercials, Corporate projects and TV Documentary narration for clients including Facebook, Clearblue, Hyundai, Deloitte, Booking.com, National Geographic and many more
