Working With Clare
Your project is unique and that matters to me – I work flexibly to make sure you have the best experience possible, from beginning to end.
To help you know what’s involved, here is a simple step-by-step process to working with me, feel free to call for a chat as well!
THE PROCESS
STEP 1
Getting in Touch
If you’re looking to start a new project, please use my contact form to submit a brief and/or any preferences you have for an upcoming project.
On this form, you can state what kind of voiceover you’re looking for– whether it’s commercial or corporate or for a documentary.

STEP 2
Sending Samples
When we’ve established what style you are after, the format you’d like and any other requests, I can send an audio file which will contain my voice in a few different styles, which will be tailored to your needs.
Of course, if you already know what you need, that’s great – we can crack straight on with your recording.
STEP 3
Sending a Final File or Booking A Session
Recording in my own professional studio, I will send over a final audio file following your direction and script.
Or, if you prefer you can direct me live over Source Connect, SessionlinkPro, Zoom, Skype, phone or an IP set up of your choice. I can then record here and send a file or you can record down the line – whatever suits you best.
A directed session means we can work together to get exactly what you need and even try out some creative ideas.. its your call and my experience

Flexibility
It’s your project and I work flexibly to make the Voiceover part of it easy and perfect for you. We find a tone and style to tone to suit your script. I have my own studio that I work in everyday and I can also work from London studios, as required.
Reliability
Even if you have no experience of working with voiceover and would like advice over the right style of voice for your project, I will always be on hand to help. You can trust I will be here the next time you need a VO as well – making life easier.
